Our house is located in a well-kept residential area in Grabenstätt, district Winkl. Many leisure activities such as hiking, mountain biking, sailing, horseback riding or paragliding are in the immediate vicinity. Likewise, three wonderful golf courses and two glider airfields can be reached within half an hour.
